We ensure that all reasonable efforts are made from the outset to obtain approval for the submitted project.
Once a decision has been made, we can help you overcome and discharge any inevitable conditions of approval and once we receive planning, we can work alongside the contractor to ensure that any conditions of approval do not end up adding dramatic cost to the project.

We work closely with our trusted design partners to ensure all our clients receive the most effective design in accordance with their initial objectives and we will monitor the entire process to ensure that the final design fits within the clients budget and timeframe.
Effectively managing budgets for each client with total transparency is our principle goal. It is our responsibility to agree a budget with our clients that is reasonable and fair for the stated design proposal. We will advise you on the various forms of procurement options and tendering procedures that are available to you for your project and will ensure that we invite the project to be tendered by a suitable list of contractors for this particular scheme to reduce the risk of any increased cost later down the line. Once building works have started on site, we will receive interim valuations directly from the contractor, which will all be assessed before a certificate for payment is issued.
Debussy will create and monitor a structured works programme so that we finish the project within budget and on time. It is often inevitable to have some delays, but we will identify these quickly and after some close investigation we can establish who is to be held accountable for these delays and costs. Often necessary changes do arise, at this point we will advise our client of the best course of action and obtain approval for all changes to keep within budget.
