Braitwait organises Gas and Electrical safety check prior to the start of any tenancy. Gas checks are carried out by a gas fitter/engineer who is registered on the Gas Safety Register (which has replaced the Corgi Register).
As part of our comprehensive service, we arrange a professional Inventory Report and Schedule of Condition. This is also accompanied by an extensive collection of digital photographs that are stored so there can be no doubt to the condition of the property at the start of the tenancy.
Rent will be collected monthly from tenants and the balance directly transferred to the Landlord. Any monthly charges will be be deducted and a full breakdown of the costs will be sent to the Landlord with the payment
