HOLDING DEPOSIT
The maximum equivalent of one week’s rent, which will be put towards your first rent due on the completion of the tenancy. Any tenancy agreement specially negotiated clauses agreed upon after the tenancy agreement has been signed.

STAMP DUTY AND LAND TAX
Payable on tenancies where the rent (for the whole time a tenant stays in the property) exceeds £125,000.
BANK CHARGES
There is no charge for payments to UK bank accounts, if you ask us to pay an overseas account we’ll charge £25 per payment.
LOST KEYS AND OTHER SECURITY DEVICES
Tenants are liable for the actual cost of replacing any lost keys or other security devices. If the loss results in locks needing to be changed, the actual costs of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys will be charged to the tenant.
