Full management including rental collection into a client account and remitting to the landlord with a monthly statement
Dealing with statutory and other charges for your rental property
Advising all relevant utility providers of changes
Dedicated Portfolio Manager as the point of contact for you and your tenants with a liaison on costs for repairs, insurance claims
Arranging routine repairs and instructing (on the pre-approved authority of landlord if required) contractors
Holding reserve funds in a client account to deal with emergency repairs
Property checks – your Portfolio Manager will arrange an inside-property visit twice a year to identify any visible repairs and maintenance needs and advise the landlord of the outcome
Keyholding facility throughout the full management period
